Before you load anything
The same first three steps, every time
Every add-on we ship is loaded the same way. Whichever manual you are following, these come first.
- 1Take a backup of your company data. Always, before any new TDL.
- 2Open TallyPrime and open the company the add-on is for.
- 3Go to F1: Help, then TDL & Add-On, then F4: Manage Local TDLs, set Load TDLs on Startup to Yes and give the full path of the TDL file we sent you.
If the new menu item does not appear afterwards, the usual cause is that TallyPrime has not been restarted since the TDL was loaded.
