On call
Ring one of our numbers and describe the problem. A surprising share of Tally questions are settled in the call itself, without anyone touching your machine.
Accounting software problems never arrive at a convenient time. The licence stops working on the first of the month, the printer goes crooked the day you have forty invoices to raise, and the GSTR-1 refuses to agree with the sales register on the last day of filing. We are a Tally 3 Star Authorised Partner with over ten years of doing exactly this - picking up the phone and getting your books moving again.
Use whichever is quickest for you. There is no ticket queue to join and no reference number to quote back at us.
Ring one of our numbers and describe the problem. A surprising share of Tally questions are settled in the call itself, without anyone touching your machine.
Send a screenshot of the error. For a lot of issues a picture of the screen tells us more in five seconds than five minutes of description.
You start a secure remote session and we work on the problem while you watch. This is how most real fixes happen, anywhere in India.
For installations, server setups, training and anything physical, we visit in person around Himmatnagar and the Sabarkantha belt.
Everything below is ordinary work for us. If your problem is not on this list, it is still worth a call - after a decade of this there is very little in TallyPrime we have not seen twice.
Activation failures, a licence stuck in Educational mode, surrendering and reactivating on a new computer, TSS status and expiry, moving a licence when you change hardware.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B figures that do not agree with your books, transactions parked under uncertain or incomplete, HSN summary problems, rate and ledger setup, e-invoicing and e-way bill errors.
Invoices printing on the wrong size, alignment drifting on a dot matrix, a format that needs your logo and terms, printing to the right printer from the right machine.
Machines that cannot see the data folder, Gold licences not connecting across the LAN, slow performance over the network, ODBC and port issues, Tally Server tuning.
Backup and restore, company data that will not open, data repair, splitting a company by financial year, and setting up a backup routine that actually runs.
Bill-wise outstanding that does not match the party statement, stock summary and valuation queries, bank reconciliation, cost centres and the reports your CA keeps asking for.
New company creation, chart of accounts, opening balances, stock masters, user rights and security levels, plus training your billing staff so they stop calling for the same thing.
Starting a new financial year, voucher numbering, carrying balances forward, and upgrading to a newer TallyPrime release without losing your customisations.
None of these are exotic. They are the everyday friction of running books in TallyPrime, and every one of them has a known cause and a known fix.
Two of these deserve a note. If TallyPrime has dropped into Educational mode, the cause is usually the licence or the subscription rather than anything you did - check your TSS status first. And if an e-invoice will not generate, it is nearly always the connected service or the portal credentials rather than the invoice itself - our e-invoicing page walks through the usual causes.
Some problems keep coming back because the underlying setup is wrong. Rather than answering the same call every month, we would rather solve it once.
If your team is exporting to Excel every week to build the same summary by hand, that report should live inside Tally.
Custom TDL solutionsIf work waits because somebody else has the company open, the answer is an edition change, not a workaround.
Silver vs GoldStill running Busy alongside Tally, or maintaining both? Move the history across once and stop straddling two systems.
Busy to Tally migrationIf work stops when the billing machine is off, hosting Tally on the cloud removes the bottleneck entirely.
Tally on CloudYes. Remote support runs over a secure screen-share session, so where you are does not matter - we work with businesses across India the same way we work with one down the road. On-site visits are the part that is geographic, and those we do around Himmatnagar and the wider Sabarkantha area.
Yes. Support is not tied to who sold you the software. A good number of the businesses we look after came to us because whoever originally supplied their licence had stopped picking up the phone.
English, Hindi and Gujarati. That matters more than it sounds - the person actually entering vouchers is often more comfortable explaining the problem in Gujarati than in English, and the fix goes faster when they can.
Call, and have two things ready: what you were doing when it went wrong, and a screenshot of the error. If a remote session is needed we will tell you on the call and guide you through starting one. WhatsApp a screenshot if you cannot talk right then.
The session runs only while you allow it and you can see everything happening on your own screen. Nothing is installed permanently and the session ends when you close it. If you would rather we did not see certain data, say so and we will work around it.
No. TSS is a subscription with Tally that delivers updates and connected services; our support is our own service. That said, some problems can only truly be fixed by a product update, in which case an active TSS is what unlocks the fix - we will tell you when that is the case.
Yes, and it is usually the cheapest support you will ever buy. A couple of focused sessions on the vouchers your business actually uses removes most of the calls that would otherwise come later. We can do this on site or over screen-share.
Often, yes. Slowness usually comes down to data size, network configuration, an ageing machine or a company that has never been split by financial year. We look at where the time is actually going before recommending anything - sometimes the answer is a settings change, sometimes it is Tally Server.
We can try, and we will be straight with you about the odds. Data repair sometimes recovers everything and sometimes recovers most of it. What decides the outcome is almost always whether a recent backup exists, which is why we push so hard on backup routines during setup.
Quick questions from businesses we work with are part of the relationship. Longer engagements - implementation, training, data repair, custom development - are quoted before we start so you know what you are agreeing to. Nobody gets an unexpected bill.
Two numbers, WhatsApp and email - use whichever suits. Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong and send a screenshot if you have one. Most things are settled the same day.
